What is Personal Training (PT) ?
Personal Training is the science of teaching a client how to optimize
their Health and Fitness through correct and efficient training,
nutrition, mental outlook, preparation and execution. This includes, but
is not limited to weight training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition.
